Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a premade or custom template/store front/logo or any other design service you agree to use it only with the ebay username you purchased it for. You may not resell, redistribute, alter, or claim any of my premade, free or custom designs as your own.

You may not recode purchased designs into webpages, or another any type of layout, you can however purchase a matching about me, store front for any previous premade or custom template you purchased.

Purchased custom artwork and illustrations are for personal use only. You may print it for yourself as many times as you want and post it on your site as long as you are not reselling it in any way or redistributing. You can alter if you would like but do not claim as your own. If you would like to purchase illustrations for reselling or would like full rights contact me so we can discuss fees.

ebay design: Since ebay makes a lot of different coding changes I cannot guarantee your design will always be functional. I do my best to keep up with ebay's new rules so I will code it according to that. If your design ever stops working because of ebay you may hire me at a discounted hourly rate or if it's something simple I will do it for free.
