Payment terms: For custom designs if you agree to pay half up front you must pay final payment before we can place the live design on your site. We also reserve the right to place our watermark over any logo/design previews until full payment is received. Due to the nature of our services we do not offer refunds for any custom packages, logos, printed products or premade designs.
Purchased custom artwork, designs and illustrations: Once full payment is send you will own the rights to all your artwork. However my credit link must always stay intact at the bottom of your webpage. .
Ebay design: Since ebay makes a lot of different coding changes I cannot guarantee your design will always be functional. I do my best to keep up with ebay's new rules so I will code it according to that. If your design ever stops working because of ebay you may hire me at a discounted hourly rate or if it's something simple I will do it for free. By purchasing an ebay premade template/store front you agree to use it only with the ebay username you purchased it for. You may not resell, redistribute, alter, or claim any premade designs as your own.
