Q. I purchased a premade auction template, can I please turn it into a store front or website?
A. Sorry but you may not take my template or any other designs code them into about me pages, websites, store fronts or anything else other than what you purchased it for! You may however purchase a matching design at anytime.

Q. May I use the store logo I purchased as a banner on my website?
A. Sorry but you may only use the design as it was intended. I retain copyrights to all my designs you only have limited rights.

Q. I have never used an auction template and I dont have html knowledge, so would you help me if I get stuck?
A. No html knowledge is needed to use my templates, although it is helpful. You can try out my template demo here to see how easy it is! Remember I provide instructions and unlimited email support for every template/graphic purchased :)

Q. How long will it be until I receive my template?

A. I always send premade templates within a day just be sure to tell me what text you want on your banner and it'll be ready quickly.
